Find Fitness Videos by Muscle Group

Search by what is actually trained on screen. Quadriceps. Glutes. Chest. Hamstrings. Not by what the creator typed in the title.

◈ The muscle in the video. Not in the title.

A video titled "leg day routine" might train quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes and calves. A video titled "full body burn" might focus almost entirely on core. Standard search has no way to know which muscles are actually worked without watching every video manually.

RHISEARCH analyzes every frame with AI vision and detects which muscles are visibly engaged, which exercises are performed and how prominently. You search by muscle or movement. The engine returns only videos where that muscle is actually trained on screen.

Search by muscle group

Type the muscle name directly. Add a presence rate to control how much of the video must be dedicated to that muscle. Combine with gender to narrow results further.

quadricepsAny video where quads are trained at any level
quadriceps, rate >= 0.5Quads trained for at least half the video
glutes, femaleGlute training content featuring women
hamstrings, female, rate > 0.4Strong hamstring focus, female presenter
chest, bench pressChest exercises specifically with bench press movement
triceps, rate > 0.9Tricep-focused content, high screen time
core, plank, rate > 0.5Core work with plank exercises prominent
triceps, calisthenicsTricep training using bodyweight methods

Search by body part visibility

Beyond muscle activation, RHISEARCH also detects which body parts are visibly exposed or shown clearly on screen. Useful for reference footage, physique comparisons or content research by body region.

male, naked shouldersMen with shoulders clearly visible
female, naked absWomen with visible abdominal definition
male, back musclesBack musculature clearly shown
female, legs, sportLegs clearly visible in a sports context

Personal trainers and coaches

Find reference videos for client programs by the exact muscle group and exercise type without manually watching hundreds of videos. Filter by gender and presence rate to match the right content to each client.

Fitness content creators

Research what exercises and muscle groups are being covered in your niche. Find gaps in the content landscape. See which training styles dominate on each platform for a given muscle or workout type.

Fitness brands and apparel

Find content creators who produce high-volume fitness content focused on specific muscle groups. Combine muscle search with brand monitoring to find who already features your products in workout videos.

glutes, Nike, femalechest, Gymshark, maleshoulders, Under Armour
Athletes and self-coached individuals

Find exactly the training content you need without wading through title-gamed videos. If you want hamstring work, search for hamstrings and get only videos where hamstrings are actually trained. Not videos titled "hamstrings" that are mostly something else.

Combine muscle with workout type

Add a workout style or equipment type to filter by how a muscle is trained, not just that it is trained. This produces much more specific results and is useful for programming and reference research.
